You can use InviZible to create a secure and ad-free* WiFi access point with any rooted android device.
Please check first if you portable hotspot is working properly.
You can open the hotspot setting directly from InviZible:
MENU -> Common Settings -> Open Tethering config
Configure the hotspot name and password here:
Check if all InviZible modules are stopped, check if you have access to the internet. Turn on portables hotspot and try using it with the any other device.
To create an access point that protects DNS and blocks ads*, simply enable hotspot and start DNSCrypt:
To create a secure portable hotspot, please open:
MENU -> Common Settings
Configure the following: Allow Tor Tethering enable, Route All through Tor enable, Allow I2P Tethering enable.
Start DNSCrypt, Tor and I2P.
There is no ads* on all connected devices, internet traffic passes through Tor, you have access to onion and i2p sites from any browser.
You can add sites to use without Tor for connected devices: MENU -> Common Settings -> Exclude WebSites.
To create fast portable hotspot configure the following:
Allow Tor Tethering enable, Route All through Tor disable, Allow I2P Tethering enable.
There is no ads* on all connected devices, you have access to onion and i2p sites from any browser. You can add sites to use with Tor for connected devices: MENU -> Common Settings -> Select WebSites.
To activate portable hotspot auto start, enable the option MENU -> Common Settings -> Start Tethering On Boot
For a USB tethering, please connect the device to the PC and enable USB modem in the device Settings.
Allow Tor and I2P tethering, as described above, and start the required InviZible modules.
